We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping and delivery

We offer shipping worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. There may be additional duties, fees, or taxes raised by the authorities in your country.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Returns and refunds

If you withdraw from the purchase, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

To return an item, it must be in the following condition:

Item must be absolutely new and unused, in its original and undamaged packaging.
Sealed packaging must be unopened.
For hygienic reasons, the intimate toys (such as dildos and plugs) cannot be returned once removed from the plastic packaging.

Warranty and liability

Lua guarantees this product for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to functional components that impact the operation of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect. Any attempt to disassemble or modify the product or its accessories will void the warranty.

If a defect is identified and reported to Lua within the warranty period, Lua may, at its discretion, provide a replacement product at no charge. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase to confirm the claim falls within the warranty period. Retain your purchase receipt and these warranty terms for reference during the warranty period.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit or affect those rights in any way.
